Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is <br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by JAMES C <br />ARENDS AND FRAN A ARENDS. HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE <br />BANK, formerly known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, <br />dated JANUARY 10. 1997 ,and recorded JANUARY 14.1997 ,in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 97.100262 <br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />2. Deed of Partial Reconvevance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured <br />by the trust deed, dated JANUARY 10.1997, executed by JAMES C ARENDS AND FRAN A <br />ARENDS. HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D.
