<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE

<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, formerly known as, Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is
<br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by JAMES C
<br />ARENDS AND FRAN A ARENDS. HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br />BANK, formerly known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />dated JANUARY 10. 1997 ,and recorded JANUARY 14.1997 ,in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 97.100262
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconvevance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated JANUARY 10.1997, executed by JAMES C ARENDS AND FRAN A
<br />ARENDS. HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />and recorded on JANUARY 14. 1997 ,in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 97-100262 , has been paid
<br />on MAY 11, 2006
<br />
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known
<br />as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank,
<br />Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />THE EASTERLY FIFTY AND EIGHT-TENTHS FEET (50.8) OF THE NORTHERLY FORTY-TWO AND
<br />ONE -HALF FEET (42 Yia') OF LOT TEN (10), IN BLOCK SEVENTY-THREE (73), IN WHEELER AND
<br />BENNETT'S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
<br />
<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial
<br />reconveyance to Grand Island, Nebraska on MAY 11, 2006 , 2006.
