<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ~ .tTO
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 24,2002 executed by Gonzalo Soto and Elga Y Soto,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />recorded as Document #0200207780, on the 26th day of July, 2002, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />SOUTH FORTY FOUR FEET (44') OF LOT ONE (1) AND LOT TWO (2) BLOCK
<br />THIRTY NINE (39), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
