<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 24, 2002 executed by Gonzalo Soto and Elga Y Soto,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />recorded as Document #0200207781, on the 26th day of July, 2002, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT THREE (3); LOT FOUR (4); THE NORTHERLY FORTY FOUR (44) FEET OF
<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2); THE NORTHERLY TWENTY TWO (22) FEET OF THE
<br />SOUTHERLY EIGHTY EIGHT (88) FEET OF LOT ONE (1); AND THE NORTHERLY
<br />TWENTY TWO (22) FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY EIGHT EIGHTY (88) FEET OF THE
<br />EASTERLY FIVE (5) FEET OF LOT TWO (2); ALL IN BLOCK THIRTY NINE (39) IN THE
<br />ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trust13e, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
