<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County! Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Construction Deed of Trust
<br />dated October 18, 2005, executed by JUDE R. BYRNE and MYRTLE E.
<br />BYRNE, husband and wife, as TrustorS, in which COMPETITIVE
<br />MORTGAGE of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was recorded on October 19,
<br />2005, as Document No. 0200510406, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from COMPETITIVE
<br />MORTGAGE of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey
<br />the real estate described in the Construction Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK EIGHTY-FIVE (85), WHEELER &
<br />BENNETT'S FOURTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Construction Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
