<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor"), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto; Jose A. Leal and Minerva S. Leal, husband and wife as joint tenants with rights of survivorship,
<br />(hereinafter called "Grantee"), whether one or more, the following described property described as follows:

<br />Part of Lot One (1), in Block Two (2), in Axt & Hagge's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
<br />Commencing at the SE Corner of Said Lot, and running thence North along and upon the
<br />East Boundary line of said lot for a distance of 43.5 feet, running thence in a westerly
<br />direction to a point on the West boundary line of said lot, which point is 41.5 feet north of
<br />the SW Corner of said lot running thence South on the West boundry line of said lot a
<br />distance of 41.5 feet, to the SW Corner of said Lot, running thence East on the South
<br />boundary line of said lot for a distance of 65 feet, to the place of beginning.

<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.

<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C, ~ 1701 ~ g:g.)
<br />and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C, ~ 3531),
