Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, <br />and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Leo Hineline and <br />Helen Hineline are Beneficiary, and Robert Brenton and Mary L. <br />Brenton, husband and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is <br />Trustee; <br /> <br />SSo <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on May I, 1997, and <br />identified as Document No. 97-103318, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />The East Seventy-two (72) feet of the North Half (Nl/2) and <br />the South Half (SI/2) of Lot Twenty (20), Bachman & Lester <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebras- <br />ka, <br /> <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with 1 appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging ~tai l~g. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RONALD S.
