<br />acknowledged, Trustee hereby grants, releases, and reconveys to Trustor or the person(s) entitled
<br />thereto, all right, title, and interest of the Trustee acquired by virtue of the above-mentioned Trust Deed
<br />and Assignment of Rents in and to the following property:

<br />conveyed by Warranty Deed dated July 20, 1981 and recorded as Instrument #81-004367 and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said NE 1/4; thence South on the East line of said NE 1/4 327.60 feet;
<br />thence South 89 degrees 49'32" West a distance of 1,264.43 feet; thence North a distance of 327.60 feet;
<br />thence North 89 degrees 49'32" East on the North line of said NE 1/4 a distance of 1,264.43 feet to the Point of
<br />Beginning; said tract containing 9.5 acres, more or less, of which 0.5 acres is State Road Right-of-Way and 0.9
<br />acres County Road Right-of-Way.
