Bellamy and Bonnie S. Bellamy, husband and <br />wife, and hereby amend Bellamy's Subdivision Restrictive Covenants and Conditions, the <br />original of which were recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska on July 5, 2005, as Document No. 200506087, as follows on the <br />following described real estate: <br /> <br />Lots One (1) through Five (5), Bellamy's First Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />ARTICLE I. <br />DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />9. Should read and the following should be substituted: "Common Area" shall <br />mean: Outlots A, B, and C all in Bellamy's First Subdivision as set forth in said plat and <br />all improvements hereinafter constructed by the Association. The common area described <br />in this Paragraph shall be conveyed to the Association by the time of conveyance of the <br />first Lot subject to this Declaration and subject to any adjustment in such areas may be <br />made by recorded instruments.
