<br />1HAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Raymond V. Robertson and MarilynJ. Robertson, As Husband and
<br />Wife, Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, Trustee for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 23, 2002, and
<br />recorded on August 27,2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Number 0200208973, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned Trustee does hereby grant, remise, release, and reconvey
<br />unto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
<br />Section 76-1001):
