CUNNINGHAM, of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State <br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November <br />7, 2000, executed by WANDA K. SMITH, a single person, as Trustor, <br />in which PAUL JAMSON of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was <br />recorded on November 15, 2000, as Document No. 0200009952, in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M.
