<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November
<br />7, 2000, executed by WANDA K. SMITH, a single person, as Trustor,
<br />in which PAUL JAMSON of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br />recorded on November 15, 2000, as Document No. 0200009952, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM,
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from PAUL
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey
<br />estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />

<br />A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (NE1/4 SW1/4) OF
<br />SECTION TWENTY-FOUR (24), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST
<br />OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, described as follows: Beginning
<br />at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township
<br />11 North, Range 10 West, running thence South on the Easterly line of
<br />said Southwest Quarter a distance of 90 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />running thence South a distance of 90 feet, thence running West parallel
<br />with the North line of said Quarter Section a distance of 163 feet;
<br />thence running due North parallel with the East line of said Quarter
<br />Section a distance of 90 feet, thence running East parallel with the
<br />North line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 163 feet to the point
<br />of beginning, known as 1024 Claude Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 3 day of May,
