<br />200603953 <br /> <br />district for Warbler Road where they abut the subdivision ifthey fail to pave these streets as required <br /> <br />herein. <br /> <br />The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of any paving or <br /> <br />repaving district for Summerfield Avenue and the proposed Meadow Way Trail where it abuts the <br /> <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />2. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision, and the Subdivider agrees <br /> <br />to extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans <br /> <br />and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br /> <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the <br /> <br />Subdivider agrees to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots in the subdivision <br /> <br />in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to <br /> <br />the City's inspection. <br /> <br />Sanitary sewer access to Lot Two (2) shall be from a public sanitary sewer main building <br /> <br />along Warbler Road. The service shall be built in a twenty (20.0) inch wide public utilities easement <br /> <br /> <br />that is centered on the lines between Lots One (1) and Three (3), and Lots Two (2) and Three (3). A <br /> <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Connection Permit shall be obtained by the Subdivider for the construction of this <br /> <br /> <br />private sanitary sewer service to Lot Two (2). The Sanitary Sewer Connection Permit shall be <br /> <br />recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds. <br /> <br />4. Storm Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade all lots in the subdivision in <br /> <br />conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public <br /> <br />right-of-way or to other drainage systems approved by the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
