Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis, husband and wife, are Plaintiffs, and Emma Mueller, Marital Status Unknown; City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, County of Hall, Nebraska a body politic and corporate, and all persons having or claiming any interest in and to a tract of land legally described as Fractional Lot 10 in Fractional Block 33 in Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, real names unknown, are Defendants, said Plaintiffs did obtain a Decree finding that there is due from Emma Mueller, to Plaintiffs the sum of One Hundred Forty and 15/100 Dollars ($140.15) together with interest thereon, attorney fees and court costs; and WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said action that in the event of default of the payment of the sum so found due by the said Emma Mueller, that Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the lands and tenements hereafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the 16th day of February, 2006, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island in the said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Steven A. Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis, husband and wife, for the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), which sale was examined and confirmed and Jerry J. Watson as such Sheriff was ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to the said Steven A. Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis, husband and wife. NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law in the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to Steven A. Manolidis
