<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />
<br />This instrument, made this ;;; I day of April, 2006, between Eric H. Lindquist, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor",
<br />pursuant to a power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded on May 26, 2005 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200504739 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Federal National Mortgage Association, hereinafter called "Grantee."
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on January 20, 2006, Eric H. Lindquist, as Successor Trustee, executed a
<br />Notice of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Edmund E. Valasek, a single person,
<br />Trustor, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded on May 26,2005 as Instrument No. 0200504739
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises des-
<br />cribed as:
<br />
<br />THE EAST FIFTY (50) FEET OF LOT SIX (6), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED
<br />TWENTY-NINE (129), KOENIG AND WIEBE'S ADDITION TO GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfY
<br />the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on February 3,2006, as Instrument No. 200600971.
<br />
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 RRS. Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on March II, 2006, Grantor caused to be published in The
<br />Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or
<br />cashier's check, at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 1st & Locust Street, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska at 2:00 p.m. on April 20, 2006. Publication of such notice was made
<br />for five consecutive weeks on March 11,2006, March 18,2006, March 25,2006, April I, 2006 and
<br />April 8, 2006, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days
<br />prior to the date of sale.
<br />
<br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties
<br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008
<br />R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John McDermott, attorney for Eric H. Lindquist,
<br />Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said
<br />property for sale at public auction, and did sell the same to Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc. for the sum of $79,561.56, it being the highest bidder therefor. Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. has assigned all of its right, title and interest in such bid to Grantee.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $79,561.56 so bid
<br />and paid as aforesaid, I, Eric H. Lindquist, Successor Trustee, do hereby grant and convey unto said
<br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said
