<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, National Association, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated Julv 25. 2005, executed by Dale Eimers and Carmen Eimers; Husband and
<br />Wife as Trustor(s), in which CORNERSTONE BANK, N.A. is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, and recorded Auaust 4. 2005, entered astnstrument N0#0200507584 of
<br />Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from
<br />the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
