TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 11'.5,0
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife, to United Nebraska Bank, of
<br />Burwell, Trustee, for the benefit of Virginia L. White, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 5,
<br />1998, and recorded on May 16, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200306192 in the Real Estate Mortgage
<br />records of Hall County, Nebraska, is to be released, and the Personal Representative of the Estate
<br />of said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Personal Representative of the Estate of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as
<br />Successor Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust
<br />Deed in the following described premises:
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter and all of Lots 4 and 5 in Section 10,
<br />Township 10 North, Range 9 West of the 61h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in a Deed recorded in Book 138,
<br />Page 508 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />excepting tracts of land as shown in Report of Appraisers recorded in Book R, Page
<br />603, Return of Appraisers recorded as Document No. 76- 003084, Relinquishment
<br />recorded in Book 140, Page 316 and Relinquishment recorded in Book 140, Page 317;
<br />Lots 2 and 3 in Section 10, Township 10 North, Range 9 West of the 6`" P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter in Section 3, Township 10 North, Range 9
<br />West of the 6 "' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot 1 on the Mainland in Section 9, Township 10 North, Range 9 West of the 6`" F.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly described in
<br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 73, Page 106 and excepting a tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No, 76- 002654;
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
