<br />The indebtedness secured by the two Deeds of Trust executed by JOE GARCIA and
<br />ANGELA GARCIA, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to EARL D. AHL.SCHWEDE, Attorney at
<br />Law, as Trustee, for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A
<br />Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated March 31, 1998 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 98-102936 and Document No.
<br />98-102937, have been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
