<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Tmst Deed, executed by Joy Ann Romsa, an unmarried individual, as Trustor, to Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 27th day of December, 2004 and recorded
<br />on the 30th day of December, 2004, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 200412489 and Instrument No. 200412490, has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Tmstee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thercto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Tmstee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as dcfined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />The North Fifty (50) feet of Lot Fifteen (15) in County Subdivision of the West Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (Wl /2SWl /4) and the North Fifty (50) feet of that portion of
<br />Lot Fourteen (14) in County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(Wl/2SWl /4) lying Wcst of South Pine Street, all being in Section Fifteen (15),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPTING a certain tract deeded to the City of Grand Island as shown in Deed
<br />recorded in Book 164, Page 375, records of Hall County, Nebraska.
