<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by William R.
<br />and Diann K. Weese, a married couple, Trustor, to the Grand Island City Attorney, named therein,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of the City of Grand Island, the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 12,
<br />1996, and filed for record on the 12th day of March, 1996, and recordt:;d in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 96-101808 has been paid, which secured an orginal
<br />indebtedness in the amount of Twenty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents
<br />($24,500.00) and was recorded on the March 12, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds, of Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 96-101808, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:

<br />Lot Two (2) Block Four (4) George Loan's Subdivision to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />which has the address of917 East 13th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801, together with all

<br />buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
