<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the
<br />Association, 13 08 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o Best Assets, Inc., 501 Marquette Avenue, Suite 1200,
<br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55404, Grantee, without any covenant or
<br />warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real
<br />estate:

<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated March 29, 2002, and recorded on April 2,
<br />2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200203571 wherein Duane S. Brumbaugh and
<br />Brenda L. Brumbaugh, husband and wife are named Trustors; and
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First
<br />American Title Insurance Co. is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $82,348.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Washington
<br />Mutual Bank, FA by an Assignment dated April 1, 2002 and recorded
<br />on July 12, 2002 as Instrument No. 200207307 in the Office of the
