<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />Executed by Randal Suck and Barbara A. Suck, Husband & Wife, to Adams
<br />County Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named
<br />herein, said Deed of Trust being dated 3rd day of May, 2000, and recorded in
<br />the office of the County Register of Deeds ofRall County, Nebraska on 25th day
<br />of May, 2000, as Instrument Number 200004253, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
