WHEREAS, the Petitioner has filed a Petition for dissolution of the marriage of the parties herein, and WHEREAS, there 1S one minor child to be affected by the dissolution thereof, Brandy Christine Bond, born March 12, 1974, and WHEREAS, the parties have incurred certain debts and acquired certain property during the term of this marriage, and WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of settling between themselves the matters of property division and child custody, support and visitation, IT IS THEREFORE AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES as follows: 1. The care, custody and control of the m1nor child, Brandy Christine Bond, born March 12, 1974, shall be in the Petitioner. Respondent shall pay the sum of $125.00 per month child support commencing forthwith and continuing until the m1nor child shall reach the age of nineteen (19) years or further order of the Court. Respondent shall have the right to reasonable visitation, including taking the child for limited visitations to relatives in South Dakota. Petitioner shall have the right to claim the minor child as a dependent for income tax purposes. 2. Petitioner shall receive the following property: a.
