ON January 30, 1979, this matter came on to be heard before the Court upon the Petition filed herein by the Petitioner. Petitioner was present in Court with her attorney of record, James D. Livingston; the Respondent was not present nor represented by counsel. Testimony was taken and evidence adduced, and the Court, being fully advised, finds as follows: 1. That the Court has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter of this action. 2. That the marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. 3. That the care, custody and control of the minor child, Brandy Christine Bond, born March 12, 1974, should be in the Petitioner. That Respondent should pay the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) per month child support commencing on January 30, 1979, and continuing until the minor child reaches the age of nineteen (19) years or further order of the Court. So long as child support payments are current Respondent shall have the right to reasonable visitation, including taking the child for limited visitation to relatives in South Dakota. 4. That the matter of property settlement including division of property and responsibility for payment of liabili- ties shall be in accord with the Property Settlement Agreement which is marked IIExhibit 111, attached hereto and made a part of this Decree.
