Livingston; the Respondent was not <br />present nor represented by counsel. <br />Testimony was taken and evidence adduced, and the <br />Court, being fully advised, finds as follows: <br />1. That the Court has jurisdiction over the parties <br />and subject matter of this action. <br /> <br />2. That the marriage between the Petitioner and <br />the Respondent is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. <br />3. That the care, custody and control of the minor <br />child, Brandy Christine Bond, born March 12, 1974, should be <br />in the Petitioner. That Respondent should pay the sum of <br />One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) per month child <br /> <br />support commencing on January 30, 1979, and continuing until <br /> <br />the minor child reaches the age of nineteen (19) years or <br />further order of the Court. So long as child support payments <br />are current Respondent shall have the right to reasonable <br />visitation, including taking the child for limited visitation <br />to relatives in South Dakota. <br /> <br />4. That the matter of property settlement including <br />division of property and responsibility for payment of liabili- <br />ties shall be in accord with the Property Settlement Agreement <br />which is marked IIExhibit 111, attached hereto and made a part of <br />this Decree. <br /> <br />MICROFILM <br />
