GEIKEN, after being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and states as follows: 1. That Affiant is the surviving spouse of Kenneth L. Geiken, who died February 16, 2006, at Grand Island, Nebraska, as shown by the certified copy of the Decedent I s death certificate attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein; as shown by the certified copy of the Decedent's death certificate attached hereto and made a part, which Certificate of Death has been issued by the Bureau of Vital Statistics, Department of Health, State of Nebraska. 2. That Affiant and the said Decedent were wife and husband on the date of the Decedent's death on February 16, 2006, and were on said date the sole owners as j oint tenants not tenants in ccmmo;: wit}:l rights of survivorship, of tne followlng real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska: A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF LOT ONE (1) ON THE MAINLAND OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SW1/4 SEl/4) OF SECTION FOURTEEN (14), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.
