Francis, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, under a Deed of Trust dated January 16,2004, executed by FAIRVIEW LANDSCAPE, LIGHTING AND DESIGN, L.L.c., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, naming THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.c., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Beneficiary, and recorded on January 23, 2004 as Instrument No. 200400706 of the records of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary a written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: Lot Seventeen (17), Country Meadows Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
