JONES, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee." <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Permittee desires to connect to the Northeast Interceptor, (D-4), a tract ofland comprising <br />Lot Twenty-Five (25), Villa Mar Dee Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will permit sanitary sewer lines to connect directly to interceptor lines and <br />manholes, subject to certain conditions being met by the Permittee. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ofthe covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City hereby grants to the Permittee a permit to connect the property at 206 Villa Mar Dee to <br />the City's Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, between Manhole 150 and 150-1, as shown on the attached drawing <br />dated April 11, 2006, in accordance with the City Plumbing Code and the requirements of the Director of <br />Public Works. Such connection is to be inspected and approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. <br /> <br />2. The sanitary sewer service line constructed and maintained by the Permittee shall be and remain <br />the property of the Permittee and in no event shall the City be required to maintain the line. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
