<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured only by the property described below on the
<br />Trust Deed executed by Bruce W. Reeder, A Single Person, Trustor, to Heritage Bank,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named herein, dated January 4,
<br />2002 and recorded October 4,2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds ofHal1, County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200210625 has been satisfied, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled there to aU the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described
<br />premised but only as to such premises:

<br />A tract of land being part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty (20), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth
<br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Referring to the Southwest Corner of Section 20 and assuming the West Line of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of Section 20 as bearing NORTH and all bearings contained
<br />herein are relative thereto; thence NORTH on the West Line of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of said Section 20,adistanceof 1321.44 feet to THE ACTUAL PLACE OF
<br />BEGINNING, said place of beginning being the Southwest Corner of the North Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20; thence continuing NORTH on the West
<br />Line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20, a distance of 28.00 feet; thence
<br />leaving the West Line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20, S 88008'09" E a
<br />distance 766.31 feet; thence SOUTH parallel with the West Line of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section 20, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point on the South Line of the
<br />North Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20; thence N89006'28"W and on
<br />the South Line of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20, a
<br />distance of 766.00 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 0.38 acres, more or
<br />less, of which 0.02 acres, more or less are presently being used for road purposes
<br />on the West side.
