<br />Renunciation of entire interest as surviving joint tenant in the following

<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />(2) Undivided one-third (1/3) interest in: The Northeast Quarter (NEl /4) of
<br />Section Four (4), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />(3) Undivided one-third (1/3) interest in: The Southeast Quarter (SEl /4) of

<br />(2) Undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest in: The Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (NEl /4SEl /4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except a
<br />tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed filed as Document No.
