(,f) <br /> 0 <br /> <br /> <br />* This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds * <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9032 <br /> <br />An ordinance to annex Ewoldt Subdivision into the City of Grand Island; to <br /> <br />repeal any ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; and to provide for publication <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />and the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Husker Retail Development, L.L.C., a limited liability company, as <br /> <br />owner, has caused to be laid out into lots, a tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast <br /> <br />Quarter (NEl/4) of Section 36, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska, under the name of EWOLDT SUBDIVISION, which is proposed to be an <br /> <br />addition to the City of Grand Island; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after public hearing on February 1, 2006, the Regional Planning <br /> <br />Commission recommended the approval of annexing such addition into the City of Grand Island; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after public hearing on February 14, 2006, the City Council found <br /> <br /> <br />and determined that such annexation be approved. <br /> <br />Approved as to Form Q 0 R ();' <br />March 23, 2006 Q City Attorney <br />
