<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May
<br />17, 2005, executed by LAWRENCE 1. LEVERING and SARAH LYNN LEVERING, Husband
<br />and Wife, as Trustors, naming RALPH B. PUL TE and BONNI K. PUL TE as Beneficiary and
<br />recorded on May 24, 2005, as Document No. 200504663 in the records ofthe Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real
<br />estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Tract A: Lot Three (3), Pulte Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Tract B: Lot Three (3) and the West 6.65 Feet and the East 59.5 Feet in Lot Four (4),
<br />Block One Hundred Nine (l09), Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska (more commonly known as 316 North Cleburn and 321 North Eddy).

<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
