Francis, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May <br />17, 2005, executed by LAWRENCE 1. LEVERING and SARAH LYNN LEVERING, Husband <br />and Wife, as Trustors, naming RALPH B. PUL TE and BONNI K.
