<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Dawn M. peard, trustor, to Farmers

<br />Trustee, and Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, 2nd & Vine Streets, P. O. Box 246/ Silver
<br />Creek, Nebraska, Beneficiary, and recorded December 20/ 2005/ in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200512408 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
