Robertson and Marilyn J. Robertson, <br />husband and wife, Mortgagor, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />All of Lot 18 and the northerly 40 feet of Lot 17, and part of Lot 19 described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point 62.27 feet north of the southwest corner of Lot <br />19, in Block 8, Original Town of Cairo, Nebraska, thence southerly along and <br />upon the westerly line of said Lot 19, Block 8, a distance of 62.27 to the <br />southwest corner of said lot, the point of beginning; thence easterly along and <br />upon the southerly line of said Lot 19, in said Block 8 a distance of 140 feet <br />To the southeast corner of said lot 19, Block 8, thence northerly along and upon <br />the easterly line of said lot 19, Block 8, a distance of 15.45 feet to the <br />intersection with the southerly line of Highway #2, thence northwesterly along <br />said Highway #2, to a point where said Highway #2 intersects the westerly line of <br />said Lot 19, Block 8, thence southerly on the westerly line of said Lot 19, Block <br />8, to the southwest corner of said lot, and being the point of beginning, all being <br />in Block 8, Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising a part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 7, Original Town of <br />Cairo, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the <br />southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence northerly along the west line of said Block <br />7, a distance of85.34 feet, to the southerly right of way line of Highway #2; <br />thence southeasterly along said right ofline, a distance of 147.04 feet, to the <br />East line of said Block 7; thence southerly along the east line of said Block 7, a <br />distance of 38.6 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence westerly along <br />the south line of said Lot 2, a distance of 140.00 feet to the place of beginning; <br /> <br />All of the west 100 feet of Lot 6 and the North 2 feet of the west 100 feet of Lot 5, <br />all in Block 6 of the Original Town of Cairo, being a rectangular tract of ground <br />having a frontage of 27 feet on High Street; extending east 100 feet all situated in <br />the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />Lot 14 in Block 10, Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />Lots 2,3, and 4, in Block 7, Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />This release is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Mortgage recorded in <br />the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document No.88-106940, on <br />December 23, 1988, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-1014. <br /> <br />Mortgagee executes this instrument and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity <br />in anyway by reason of this instrument. <br /> <br />~I <br />~~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br /> <br />~I <br /> <br />N ..... <br />~.
