The SUSAN J GRIFFIN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST <br />Revocable Trust dated FEBRUARY 9, 1998, and any amendments thereto. <br /> <br />(B) "Revocable Trust Trustee." Susan J Griffin, trustee(s), whether more than one, of <br />the Revocable Trust. <br /> <br />(C) "Settlor" Susan J Griffin, settlor or trustor, whether more than one, ofthe Revocable <br /> <br />Trust. <br /> <br />(D) "Borrower." The Revocable Trust, the Revocable Trust Trustees, Settlor, and any <br />other natural persons signing the Note or any addenda thereto made by Borrower, jointly and <br />severally, whether one or more, to Lender and dated the same date as this Addendum. <br /> <br />(E) "Lender." Centris Federal Credit Union. <br /> <br />(F) "Note." Note from Borrower to Lender, in the sum of Seventy Five Thousand and <br />00/100 Dollars ($75000.00), dated April 8, 2006, and any amendments, extensions or <br />modifications hereto. <br /> <br />(G) "Security Instrument." The Deed of Trust dated April 8, 2006 and any riders, <br />amendments or modifications thereto, given to secure the Note. <br /> <br />(H) "Property."
