<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 13th, 2005 executed by Elpidia S Zavala, a Single Person,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #0200504489, on the 18th day of May, 2005, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Fractional Lot Two (2) in Fractional Block One Hundred Thirty-Two (132), Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company Second Addition to the City of Grand Island and its complements,
<br />Fractional Lot Two (2) in Fractional Block Five (5), Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />and Fractional Lot Two (2) in Fractional Block Eight (8) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Excepting a certain tract thereform as recorded
<br />in Warranty Deed in Book 83, Page 623 in the Register of Deeds Office.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 7th day of April 2006.
