<br />GRANTOR, in consideration ofTwenty~One Thousand and No/lOO Dollars ($21,000.00) does grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto S. SHANE TRUJILLO and KANDI K. TRUJILLO, Husband and

<br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEES that GRANTOR:

<br />encumbrances, except easements and restrictions of record and hereby reserved for the

<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
