The trustor is Kathryn <br />Vandenberg, single person ("Borrower"). The trustee is First American Title Insurance Company ("Trustee"). The beneficiary is Nebraska <br />Housing Developers Association, which is organized and existing under the laws of the statc of and whose address is 985 S. 27th Street; <br />Suite 201; Lincoln, Nebraska 68510-3108 ('Lcnder"). Borrower owcs Lcndcr the principal sum of eighteen thousand, nine hundred and <br />nine dollars and eighty one cents, ($18,909.81). This debt is evidenced by Borrower's note dated the same datc as this Sccurity Instrument <br />("Note"), that the full debt, if not paid earlier, is due and payable on sale, transfer or default. This Security Instrument secures to Lender: (a) <br />thc repayment of the debt evidenced by the Note, with intcrest, and all rcnewal, extensions and modifications of the Note; (b) the payment of <br />all other sums, with interest, advanced undcr paragraph 7 to protect the sccurity of this Security Instrument; and (c) the performance of <br />Borrower's covenants and agreements.
