<br />highest bidder, for the sum of $26,000.00, which sale fully complied with the requirements of said

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee,
<br />and in consideration of the sum of $26,000.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Associates First
<br />Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation (successor by reason of merger with Associates Financial
<br />Services Company, Inc., successor by reason of merger with Associates Financial Services Company of
<br />Nebraska, Inc.), the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />Lot 69 and Lot 70, Belmont Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Associates First Capital Corporation,
<br />a Delaware corporation (successor by reason of merger with Associates Financial Services Company,
<br />Inc., successor by reason of merger with Associates Financial Services Company of Nebraska, Inc.), its
<br />successors and assigns forever.
<br />
<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's title
<br />and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors and their successors in interest and of all persons
<br />claiming by, through or under them, in and to the property sold, including all such right, title, interest and
<br />claim in and to such property acquired by the Trustors or their successors in interest subsequent to the
<br />execution of the Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />This Deed is subject to the judgment in favor of Floor to Ceiling Store entered October 16, 1998
<br />in Case No. 133-009 in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska; further, this Deed is subject to liens,
<br />encumbrances, real estate taxes, tax sale certificates, assessments, easements, restrictions or covenants of
<br />record which Grantor is not entitled to convey pursuant to Nebraska Statute Sec. 76-1010(2) R.R.S.,
<br />2003.
