<br />and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Dennis A. Tyson and
<br />Faith M. Tyson, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and Floyd M.
<br />Hood and Jessie Hood, husband and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S.
<br />Depue is Trustee;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on March 16, 2006, and
<br />identified as Document No. 0200602330, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to-wit:

<br />Lot Twenty-two (22), Block Six (6), in Country Club Subdivi-
<br />sion, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.

<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with a 1 appurtenances and
