<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by Albert A Werner and Dawn M Werner, Husband & Wife, as Trustors,
<br />to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 30th day of September 2005,
<br />and recorded on the 30th day of September 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200509760, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />
<br />A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4NE1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty-Nine (29), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 33.0
<br />feet West and 831.0 feet South of the Northeast corner of such NW1/4NE1/4; thence running
<br />westerly and parallel to the North line of such NW1/4NE1/4, a distance of 275.0 feet; thence
<br />running northerly parallel to the East line of such NW1/4NE1/4, a distance of 92.0 feet; thence
<br />running easterly and parallel to the North line of such NW1/4NE1/4, a distance of 275.0 feet;
<br />thence southerly along a line 33.0 feet West of and parallel to the East line of such NW1/4NE1/4,
<br />a distance of 92.0 feet to the point of beginning.
