<br />as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Elton Omel,
<br />Michael 1. Hall, and Andrea J. Hall, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to
<br />obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Elton Omel, a single person, and Michael
<br />1. Hall and Andrea 1. Hall, husband and wife, to Paragon Home Lending, LLC, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for Paragon Home
<br />Lending, LLC, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described
<br />of the above-named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for
<br />the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust, including all buildings, structures,
<br />improvements, and attachments located within the above-described real estate permanently affixed to
<br />said real estate and made a permanent part thereof, and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of
<br />trust is dated July 19, 2004, and was recorded on July 20,2004, as Instrument Number 0200407166 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />Southerly Fifteen Feet (SI5') of Lot Eleven (II) and the Northerly Twenty Feet (N20')
<br />of Lot Twelve (12), all in Block Two (2), in Axt & Hagge's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on March 27, 2006, as Instrument Number 0200602624 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
