<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on th~ay of April, 2006, Aegis Mortgage Corporation,

<br />as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Brenda
<br />
<br />Armstrong, Craig Armstrong, and the State of Nebraska, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such

<br />Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Brenda Armstrong

<br />and Craig Armstrong, wife and husband, to L TS Title Services, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage

<br />0200409988 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such
