.,.;. .. 200603087 SEWER CONNECTION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made effective as of September 1, 2004, by and between Gary Carothers, 312 Brookline, Grand Island, Nebraska; William S. and Donna R. Voyek, 316 Brookline, Grand Island, Nebraska; Adam Onnen, 318 Brookline, Grand Island, Nebraska; and Grand Island Mobile Home Community, Ltd., A Limited Partnership, also known as Grand Island Mobile Home Community Limited Partnership, a Colorado Limited Partnership, hereinafter Partnership. WHEREAS, the parties acknowledge that Gary Carothers is the owner of lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Roush Pleasantville Terrace Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, the parties acknowledge that William S. and Donna R. Voyek are the owners of lot Fifteen (15) in Roush Pleasantville Terrace Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, the parties acknowledge that Adam Onnen is the owner of lot Sixteen (16) in Roush Pleasantville Terrace Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, the above described real estate is served by a sewer line on the property of and owned by Grand Island Mobile Home Community, Ltd.; and WHEREAS, the owners, Carothers, Voyek and Onnen have in the past paid a monthly sewer connection fee to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska but the parties have since learned that the sewer connection is to a line owned by the Grand Island Mobile Home Community, Ltd. IT IS THEREFORE AGREED AS FOllOWS: 1. The owner of each lot described above will pay $15.00 on the first day of each month beginning September 1, 2004 and by the 5th day of each month thereafter to Grand Island Mobile Home Community, Ltd. by delivering said sum to a manager at Kingswood Estates, Grand Island, Nebraska. All sums currently owed shall be paid by January 15, 2006. The sewer connection fee shall be reviewed annually by the 5th day of January and shall be set in the minimum sewer connection charge set by the City of
