Wagoner and Kay E. Tracy, /0 .;> D husband and wife (hereinafter collectively "Trustors"), under a Deed of Trust, dated Febnlary 25, 2002, in which The State Bank of Cairo is named as Beneficiary and Trustee, and filed for record on March 5, 2002, and recorded as Instrument No. 0200202436, in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
