':;;-0 You are hereby given Notice of Default under a Deed of Trust executed by JULIE A. GARCIA and GILBERT A. GARCIA, JR., wife and husband, dated November 21, 2001, and recorded November 30, 2001, as Document No. 0200112257 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; said Deed of Trust securing the following property: THE NORTHERLY SIXTY SIX (66) FEET OF LOT ONE (1) IN BLOCK FIVE (5) IN WINDOLPH'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA said Deed of Trust being in favor of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
