<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />PAULETTE M JANULEWlCZ AND DAVID M JANULEWICZ. HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE. Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiaty named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 17. 2003 and recorded MARCH 26. 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200303525 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
