<br />-.- WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />DERYNE J EASTMAN AND LISA C EASTMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE S 5C,
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />OCTOBER 17 1993 AND MAY 30,1996 and recorded OCTOBER 28 1993 AND JULY 16 1996
<br />in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #93- 109253 AND 96- 105501 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
