<br />THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and
<br />Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in
<br />and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
<br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Raymond V. Robertson and

<br />of 70 feet, thence easterly, parallel to the Southerly line of said Lot 2, Block 8,
<br />a distance of 140 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 2, Block 8 , to a point 10
<br />feet North of the Southeast comer of said Lot 2, Block 8, thence Northerly along
<br />and upon the Easterly line of said Lots 2 and 1, Block 8, a distance of 52.08 feet
<br />to the Southerly right of way of Highway #2, thence Northwesterly along the
<br />Southerly right of way line of said Highway #2, to a point which is 30 feet
<br />Northerly from the Southerly line of said Lot 1, Block 8, thence continuing
<br />Westerly, 30 feet from the Southerly line of said Lot 1, Block 8 to the
<br />point of beginning;

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document No.
<br />200214656, on December 31, 2002, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-
<br />1014.

<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual
<br />capacity in anyway by reason of this instrument.
