<br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court for the County of Hall, wherein Terry 1.. Jessen was
<br />the Plaintiff and Steven E. Johnson et al were the Defendants, did obtain a Decree finding that there is due 5, So
<br />from Steven E Johnson et al the sum of $6,588.53, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in default of the payment
<br />of the sum so found due by said Steven E. Johnson et al that the Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, should
<br />cause the land and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the
<br />same, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said county, under and by virtue
<br />of the said Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on the 15th day of February, 2006, at the
<br />Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Hall and in said County of Hall, Nebraska, having first given due
<br />and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once in each week for four successive
<br />weeks in a legal newspaper in said County of Hall, Nebraska, sell said premise at the public auction to
<br />Sandy Sack for the sum of $6,807 .00, which sale was afterward examined and confirmed and the said
<br />Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to the said Sandy Sack, and
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, I, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, Nebraska, as aforesaid, in
<br />consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the Decree of said Court,
<br />do hereby give, grant, and convey to the said Sandy Sack, it heirs and assigns, the premises so as aforesaid
<br />sold, to-wit:
<br />Lot Three in Block Fifteen of Russel Wheeler'sAddition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County.

<br />To have and to hold the same unto the said Sandy Sack. it heirs and assigns forever.
