<br />Nebraska Limited Liabilitv Company , as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as
<br />Trustee, and recorded on December 20.2001 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 0200113166 , has been paid on
<br />March 30. 2006 :

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable
<br />Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known as The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary named in such
<br />trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto,
<br />without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed
<br />in that portion of the property described therein, located in Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:
