<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, formerly known as, Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is
<br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by Thayer
<br />Family L.L.C.. A NE Limited Liability Co. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M. Thaver. Husband
<br />and Wife , as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly known as EQUITABLE
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE
<br />BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated December 26.2002
<br />and recorded January 6. 2003 and January 24. 2003 , in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200300121 and 0200300941
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated December 26. 2002 , executed by Thayer Familv L.L. C.. A NE
<br />Limited Liability Co. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M. Thaver. Husband and Wife , as
<br />trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, and recorded on January 6.2003
<br />and January 24.2003 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 0200300121 and 0200300941 , has been paid on March
<br />30.2006 :

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable
<br />Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known as The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary named in such
<br />trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto,
<br />without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed
<br />in that portion of the property described therein, located in Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />Unit Fifteen (15), The Village Condominiums, a Condominium, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the
<br />trust deed.
