<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />David G. Dubbs and Patricia Ann Dubbs, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to Heritage Bank,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named herein, dated March 25,
<br />2004 and recorded April 15, 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds ofRall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200403678 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
